Our Custom Cabinet Shop
A service we are really proud to feature is custom cabinetry. We design and build all components in our own shop located in Attleboro, MA to ensure the highest quality and best building practices. We offer endless options for cabinet construction and design. We can finish a cabinet in any color or finish with any species of wood in any style. We also spray and finish all our cabinets in house with most finishes being a conversion varnish lacquer to produce a very hard and durable finish. We build furniture grade products and everything we offer is a design build, so we can then change it around through different revisions. This is a great perk for our clients because we have the capability in house to be able to fully execute and design for the client and achieve whatever they can dream up.
Cabinet Features
Having our own shop allows all of our clients custom needs to become a possibility. Here are some of the features of our cabinets:

Hand Made furniture grade products with everything we offer as a custom design build.

Finishes are a conversion varnish lacquer to produce a very hard and durable finish.

Our cabinets are built with pocket screws and with glue at every seam and joint. Our boxes are constructed out of 3/4" plywood on all sides.

We only use solid veneer plywood for the boxes and stabilized hardwoods or engineered composites face frames for doors and fillers.

Our favorite materials to use for our boxes are solid veneer plywood which is Eastern or Baltic birch.

Every drawer is a dovetailed unit and is designed to be efficient, to be furniture grade and to feel sturdy and solid with 3/8" thick drawer bottom panels vs. 1/4" which is the industry standard

Drawers are made from Poplar, Hard Rock Maple, Walnut or any other requested wood species.

We want our interiors to look as good as our exterior. To do that we offer the following:

We offer sprayed interiors so you have the matching color from the outside of the cabinet wrapping into the inside

Also on the interiors, we offer custom fitted metal shelf ferrules that add another level of class and touch. When we are done spraying everything, we come in and compress the ferrule into the sides of the boxes for a perfect reveal and "Wow" factor
